2018 Brix Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 6 Liter

The 2018 vintage experienced abundant rains that were followed by lots of filtered light in spring and early summer. Both bud break and flowering occurred a bit late, but under ideal weather conditions, creating a plentiful and even fruit set. The relatively mild summer was followed by extended fall sunshine with moderate heat which created near perfect conditions allowing our vines to accumulate flavor complexity with gradual increases in sugar levels.
