This wine has power and finesse, having aged for two years in barrel and three years in bottle before release. The tannins are chalky and fine, making this wine very approachable now with potential to age for another 10 years. Deep garnet color, complex aromas of ripe blackberry, subtle oak and cassis. On the palate, flavors of baking spices, dark ruby fruit and cocoa nibs.
